The faculty of Marine Science and Technology in University of Hormozgan was established in 2010 with three departments: Marine Biology; Fisheries; Atmospheric and Physical Oceanographic Science. The faculty has 24 scientific members, of them 2 are full professors, 8 associate professors and 14 assistant professors.

With more than 11 years of development, The faculty of Marine Science and Technology offers intellectually rigorous environment and unique opportunities for education and research. our mission is to serve the society by introducing well educated, motivated and creative marine professionals. Moreover our research results will benefic our society in many aspects included environmental conservation and industries.
